About EvGuru

EvGuru supplies and installs EV chargers for landed homes, condos and commercial sites. Started in 2021, the company works out of Damansara Intan in Petaling Jaya and takes jobs across Peninsular Malaysia.

The team has an unusual mix of backgrounds: electrical engineering, construction, property development, car sales, logistics, solar. On site, the wiring is done by licensed electricians. EvGuru says each job is registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga and uses SIRIM-certified materials.

For a typical landed house, they quote around three to four hours from start to finish. Condos take longer to arrange, because the JMB usually has to approve the work first.
